A 5th birthday & trip to Sesame Street

Yesterday we helped to celebrate Seanna's 5th birthday. Hard to believe that she is already 5!! One more summer and she will be a school-ager~ Goodness, are we ready for that?

Before the show.

We started the day out by going to see Sesame Street Live. It was a good and lively show. I would recommend for anyone with little ones to attend a showing.

Then we stopped and had Mickey D's for lunch. We had time for a short nap before the Grandma's and Grandpa's came over for a party. It was a good day....Seanna was just delighted for the entire time she was awake

After the party, we got invited to have PIZZA with Grandma & Grandpa K. And another chance to see the local cousins.

Today, I got the form ready to try to get Seanna accepted in the elementary school next to her daycare....everyone cross your fingers that we get it approved.

It was a very nice weekend overall~and the weather wasn't even that bad!!!!! Good thing for a little girl who just got a bike that she needed to try out.

Holidaze; Part Deux

So, we celebrated Christmas with the Kraus side of the family on New Year's day. It was a good time. The girls really enjoyed being around their cousins. Cassidy was a little chatterbox with them. Everyone seemed to have a good time~except maybe Kari (who had stayed up a little late into the New Year & her nieces wouldn't give her a moment's peace).

It is good to have all the celebrating over for a while. Although, we do have to start thinking about a birthdya that is quickly approaching. Hmmm, wonder what she could possibly want for that? Probably a pony (NO, Grandpa! That does not mean that you need to go out an buy one for her) .
